What to wear at Royal Ascot 2018

Royal Ascot is the most famous and popular event of The Season in the UK. It provides a wonderful opportunity to dress up, wear a hat and have a jolly good quintessential English day out.

There is, of course, another attraction; the opportunity to see The Queen as she and other members of the Royal Family arrive along the track from the grounds of Windsor Castle in horse-drawn landaus (carriages).

But before we start planning our strategy for getting the best view of the monarchy, we must ensure our own house is in order, namely, our choice of outfit. Each enclosure has different rules and these can change year on year, so it wise to check on an annual basis even if you are a regular attendee.
